Accessibility Statement in accordance with the BFSG

As part of our accessibility statement, we provide you with an overview of the current status of compliance of the services described below with the accessibility requirements set forth in applicable laws (in particular, the Accessibility Enhancement Act—BFSG).

The website www.nebu-tec.de is primarily designed to provide detailed information about our inhalation devices for humans and animals, to advise consumers and businesses, and to assist them in selecting and purchasing these devices. We also offer inhalation devices for sale.

Currently, however, our website only partially meets these requirements. Specifically, the following barriers currently exist:

Full compliance with certain requirements currently constitutes a disproportionate burden within the meaning of Section 17 of the BFSG. We have documented the relevant reasons internally and will submit them to the competent market surveillance authority upon request. We are continuously working to remove the existing barriers as quickly as possible.
